Dennis Streit joined Lincoln Property Company over 10 years ago as its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Lincoln, he spent 12 years with Ernst and Young, 10 years with another national multifamily development company and six years with a regional investment-banking firm. Mr. Streit is responsible for all financial, accounting, technology and administrative aspects of the residential division of Lincoln Property Company.
A graduate of Texas Tech University, Mr. Streit is also a Certified Public Accountant, a Charter member and Founder of Dallas REFEA (Real Estate Financial Executives Association) and a member of the Dallas Chapter of Financial Executives Institute.
Dan M. Jacks
Senior Vice President - General Counsel
Dan Jacks is Senior Vice President, General Counsel of the residential group for Lincoln Property Company. From 1980 until 1993, Mr. Jacks was the Vice President for Administrative, Accounting and Legal Affairs. Mr. Jacks joined Lincoln in 1972, and until 1979 served as the Regional Accountant for the Southwest Region where he had accounting responsibility for apartments, land, office buildings and shopping centers owned by more than 150 partnerships.
Mr. Jacks received a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Baylor University in 1963 and a J.D. degree from the University of Texas Law School in 1966. Mr. Jacks is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the State Bar of Texas.
Kim McCormick
General Counsel
Kim McCormick, is General Counsel for Lincoln Property Company. She is responsible for supporting and overseeing the legal functions for the residential division.
Most recently, Ms. McCormick served as Vice President of Development at Trammell Crow Company. In that role, she focused on developing urban, mixed-use neighborhoods through public/private partnerships with various municipalities.
Prior to Trammell Crow Company, Ms. McCormick spent nearly five years as Assistant General Counsel with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., where she provided legal support in the acquisition, development, management and disposition of a multitude of the company's real estate assets.
Her combination of experience on both sides of the table as developer and lawyer provides a unique asset to LPC in her role as General Counsel.
Ms. McCormick holds a B.S. in English and Psychology from University of Central Arkansas, a J.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis and is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
Brian Austin
Vice President – Finance
Since joining Lincoln in 1985, Brian Austin has performed and coordinated the analysis of successfully completed development projects with total costs in excess of $4.3 billion, and is responsible for the underwriting and analysis of more than $1.6 billion in multifamily acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Austin was involved in the underwriting and closing of more than $3.4 billion in private placement financing for military PPV family housing ventures, utilizing both fixed and synthetic-fixed rate financing strategies. These military PPV ventures included over $2.3 billion of related investment agreements.
Over the last several years, Mr. Austin has been responsible for and/or assisted in closing construction and permanent loans in excess of $2.8 billion, including a $230 million facilities loan on the 7,000-unit Dallas-based Village community. Utilizing various formats, he has successfully completed implementation of interest rate hedging strategies for over $2 billion of variable rate property construction loans.
Mr. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Price Wagner
Vice President - Investments
As a Vice President for Lincoln Property Company, Mr. Wagner is responsible for growing and expanding opportunities across Lincoln’s residential business, as well as source new business lines. From 2001 to mid-2005, Mr. Wagner served as an Operating Partner for JPI Partners developing, acquiring, and disposing of over $100 million of multifamily apartments in the Western United States. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Wagner worked as a Vice President of Development with Lincoln Property Company’s Southwest Region.
Mr. Wagner received a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Bill J. Grant, Jr.
Senior Vice President – Construction
As Senior Vice President for Construction and Development, Mr. Grant is responsible for the development coordination and construction quality, methods and administrative operations of each of the multifamily developments in the US. On new developments, he coordinates the planning and design phase, budget projections and staffing operations with the Executive Vice Presidents. His primary duty is to make sure all of the development operations run smoothly, consistently, and produce a quality product for the marketplace.
Mr. Grant holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design and Architecture degree from Texas A&M University. He began his employment at Lincoln Property Company in 1984, with prior experience in other large development companies such as, Paragon Group, Inc. He is a member of the Home and Apartment Builders Association, Associated Builders and Contractors, Associated General Contractors, a former member of the Board of Directors, and Developers Council Chairman for the Associated Builders and Contractors and other trade associations.
Fred E. Chaney, CPM®
Senior Vice President – Lincoln Military Housing
Mr. Chaney is currently responsible for overseeing the management of Lincoln’s military communities nationwide. He has been with Lincoln in several different capacities for over 35 years. Mr. Chaney’s career in the Real Estate industry began shortly after graduating from Eastern New Mexico University where he attained a BAA degree in Real Estate and Marketing. He has been awarded the designation of GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) after completing studies at the Texas Association of Realtors in Austin, Texas.
Mr. Chaney holds the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is also a Realtor and a Texas Real Estate Broker.
Scott Wilder, CPM®
Senior Vice President – Residential Management
As Senior Vice President for Lincoln Property Company, Scott Wilder directs the operations and growth of the residential management division nationwide. Mr. Wilder has been with LPC for over 25 years and has a wide range of experience, which includes the management of new construction, distressed assets and rehab properties.
Mr. Wilder graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree and holds the CPM® designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a member of the Greater Dallas Board of Realtors, the Institute of Real Estate Management and serves as a delegate for TAA and NAA. He was recently appointed to the Executive Committee for TAA, serving as Vice President at Large for 2008-2009. Scott also served as President of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas for 2004-2005.
Robert M. Dickson
Vice President – Risk Management
From 1968 to 1991, Mr. Dickson was responsible for planning and development in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, and held Partner and Regional Partner positions during that time. Mr. Dickson rejoined Lincoln Property Company in 2002 and is now the Vice President of Risk Management with the primary objective of initiating proactive measures to reduce company risks.
Mr. Dickson received a B.A. degree in Math from the University of Texas at Austin.
Andy Atalis
Chief Accounting Officer
Andy Atalis is the Chief Accounting Officer for Lincoln Property Company. He is primarily responsible for managing the accounting and internal audit departments of the residential division. He has been instrumental in establishing accounting, policies and procedures, internal controls, cash management programs and audit procedures to evaluate whether property operations are in compliance with company policy. Prior to joining Lincoln in September 1996, Mr. Atalis spent 12 years with First Worthing Company, a national multifamily real estate company, primarily as Vice President – Controller.
Mr. Atalis received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Southern Methodist University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Jay Kenney
Chief Information Officer
Jay Kenney is Chief Information Officer for Lincoln Property Company. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, he spent 19 years at AT&T and 7 years with Bearing Point, formerly KPMG Consulting. At Lincoln, he is responsible for all Information Technology infrastructure and systems for the residential business.
Mr. Kenney received a B.S. degree in Data Processing from the Missouri State University and an M.S. degree in Telecommunication and Computing Management from Polytechnic University of Brooklyn, New York.
Jennifer Staciokas
Vice President – Marketing & Training
Jennifer Staciokas is the Vice President of Marketing and Training for Lincoln Property Company-Residential Management. She is responsible for supporting and overseeing Marketing and Training programs nationwide for the conventional and military divisions. Ms. Staciokas began her career with LPC over 10 years ago in Washington, DC. Since that time, Ms. Staciokas has served the company in numerous capacities applying her flexibility, insight and wisdom to lead this integral aspect of the organization into the future.
Ms. Staciokas holds a B.A. in French from West Chester University and an M.A. in International Commerce & Policy from George Mason University.
